Swift Collision is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. This role supports our production process by managing parts purchasing, inventory, and returns to keep repairs moving smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  Order and track parts from preferred vendors daily

  Manage inventory and eBay sales

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect parts for accuracy and quality

  Coordinate with estimators and production teams

  Handle returns, credits, and warranty claims

  Keep accurate records in our management system

  
  

Qualifications:

  Experience in parts coordination or automotive inventory preferred

  Excellent organization and communication skills
