Position Summary:

Reno Harley-Davidson is Northern Nevada’s premier destination for riders — and we’re looking for a Parts Advisor who knows how to deliver results, not just orders. In this role, you'll connect customers to the parts and accessories that fuel their passion. Whether they’re building their dream bike or handling routine maintenance, your job is to be the expert they trust. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service at the parts counter and over the phone.

• Upsell additional parts, accessories, and install options to increase ticket averages.

• Look up and order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately using Harley-Davidson systems.

• Support the service department by sourcing and delivering the right parts on time.

• Maintain clean, organized displays and stockroom inventory.

• Accurately invoice all sales and special orders in a timely manner.

• Follow up on backorders, returns, and customer special orders to ensure fast turnaround.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.

What We Look For:

• Previous experience in parts sales (motorcycle or automotive preferred).

• Excellent communication and upselling skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in parts lookup and inventory.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and accessories is a plus.

• Must be available on weekends and during peak event periods.
