Parts & Accessories Specialist

Job Summary

Mandal Buick GMC is seeking a full-time Parts & Accessories Specialist to join our team in Diberville, Mississippi. The Parts & Accessories Specialist will provide excellent customer service and sales assistance for customers and staff by helping with product selection, order management, and stock control. The Parts & Accessories Specialist must have a proven record of selling auto parts and a working knowledge of product availability and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service for all internal and external customers
• Assist in the selection, order placement, and tracking of parts and accessories
• Maintain up-to-date customer information and follow-up paperwork
• Proactively resolve any customer complaints or queries
• Monitor stock levels and ordering of products
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
• Assist with other company promotional opportunities for sales and marketing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service related experience in the automotive industry
• Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven track record of success in parts sales
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
