JOB SUMMARY:

A Parts & Accessory Sales Specialist assists customers with the customization of their ride. They’re job is to sell parts & accessories to customers with new & used rides in-store, online & over the phone. They work with customers, and the sales & service department to provide the correct parts & accessories.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell Parts & Accessories to Customers In-Store, Online & Over the Phone 


• Answer phone calls & provide price quotes


• Works with the Sales, Service & Parts Department 


• Cashier for Parts / Accessory Counter 


• Plan Sales/Promotions for Parts & Accessories & keeps up to date on manufacturer promo’s 


• Creatively displays Parts & Accessories in the Showroom with Signage to increase sales


• Monitor Parts & Accessory Inventory - Promote Aged Inventory & Overstock

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

• Understands basic engine and electrical operations to assist customers properly
  


• Computer Skills 


• Excellent Customer Service


• Experience in Sales  


• Outstanding Attention to Detail & Organization


• Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
  


• Ability to multi-task while being courteous and positive
