PleasureLand RV is looking for a Parts & Customer RV Orientation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll combine customer education with parts sales, helping new RV owners feel confident operating their RV while recommending products and accessories that enhance their camping experience. You'll work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure every customer leaves excited, informed, and adventure-ready.

You do not need RV experience to apply. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable using computers, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and educate customers on the operation, features, and maintenance of their new RV.
• Help customers select the right parts, accessories, and camping essentials to enhance their RV experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with parts purchases in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and stay knowledgeable on RV systems, products, and accessories through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Parts, and Service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience from purchase through ownership.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexible and able to adjust schedules to meet customer needs.

Helpful Experience, But Not Required

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Parts department
• Shipping and receiving
• Customer service
• Inventory work
• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or equipment parts

Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays may be required. The position includes both indoor and outdoor work throughout the year.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage (based on experience) plus commission on parts sales, providing an excellent opportunity to increase your earnings while helping customers enjoy their RV adventures.
