Boats and Powersports Customer Service Representative

An exceptional opportunity has become available at North Dakota's largest Sport and Marine dealer for the right person to join our Parts and Accessory and Service team.

We are Looking for You If You have:
*A background in retail sales
*A background in merchandising
*A background in parts and/or accessory sales
*A background and passion for boats or powersports products
*A background in customer service

*A Passion For Boating and/or Powersports

This position will be responsible for filling multiple duties within our Parts and Service Teams.

Responsible for working with our customers in marine and powersports parts counter sales, fulfilling service department work orders, accessory and product merchandising, and other various department duties. 

Will also be responsible for working in our Service Advisor role, which will be responsible for scheduling customer service work, proactively communicating with service customers, and working with warranty repair orders and managing manufacturer communication and the claim process.

An understanding and/or experience with marine or powersports products or industry experience will be preferred.
