Enjoy working around boats, side-by-sides, ATVs, motorcycles, and powersports equipment? Join River Valley Power & Sport and River Valley Marine as a Parts & Service Team Member and help keep our stores running smoothly. This is a hands-on, day-to-day role focused on ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing parts—plus helping customers with basic parts needs. You’ll also spend time on the phone assisting customers, so a friendly, customer-facing personality is a must. No high-pressure sales required.

What You’ll Do
• Receive and unload parts shipments
• Stock and organize inventory
• Process parts orders and payments
• Assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts lookup and basic questions
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
• Support Saturday coverage (weekday off provided)
• Help service team with parts as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in parts, warehouse, or inventory preferred but not required
• Comfortable lifting and moving parts and boxes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly, customer-facing personality
• Basic computer skills for order processing
• Forklift experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM (rotating)
• Weekday off when working Saturday

Compensation
• $18–$25/hour depending on experience
• Overtime pay when applicable
