Moss Marina is a full-service marina serving Southwest Florida, offering wet slips, dry storage, fuel, a ship store, and a busy service department with certified technicians for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts & Warranty Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential to keeping our service department running efficiently and ensuring timely warranty reimbursement from our manufacturers.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and submit all warranty claims for Mercury, Suzuki, and MinnKota


• Track warranty status and ensure timely follow-up and reimbursement


• Order parts accurately and efficiently using our LightSpeed system


• Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments


• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform quarterly physical inventories


• Work closely with service technicians to ensure parts availability and job readiness


• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient parts department

 Qualifications

• Experience in parts, inventory, or warranty administration (marine or automotive preferred)


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines


• Comfortable working with computer systems (LightSpeed experience a plus)


• Knowledge of Mercury, Suzuki, or MinnKota products is a strong advantage


• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
