Customer Service

• Greet guests immediately, in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide excellent customer service to every person, every time.
• Work with multiple customers at one time and maintain individual customer satisfaction
• Handle telephone inquiries efficiently
• Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
• High energy, competitive and sales driven personality.

Parts and Accessories Sales

• Work directly with customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
• Inform customers of any sales, specials or new merchandise.
• Ensure displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Communicate estimated costs and completion times to customers.
• Assist customers with customization of their motorcycles to fulfill their vision and dreams.
