Parts Associate

Huston Cadillac GMC is  seeking An Experienced & Qualified Full Time GM Parts Associate.

Parts Associate Responsibilities Include:

• Speaking with customers in person, via phone and email regarding their parts needs


• Providing Service Technicians with parts required for repair orders


• Recording all sales and customer transactions


• Maintaining a neat and orderly environment

Parts Associate Qualifications:

• 1 year of Parts Advisor/Counterperson experience, preferably in a Dealership setting


• GM Dealership experience a plus


• General knowledge of the automotive industry and parts


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• The ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management


• Computer and phone skills
