THE ROLE: As a Parts Advisor at Blue Compass RV, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting with their parts needs. Whether it’s greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, or upselling products, your energy and enthusiasm will make a lasting impact. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the parts department runs smoothly, from managing inventory and restocking shelves to processing sales and ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Greet customers promptly and assist them with part inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.


• Upsell parts and accessories, ensuring customers are aware of all available products to enhance their RV experience.


• Accurately process customer orders, including handling phone inquiries, walk-ins, and special orders.


• Restock shelves and maintain an organized parts store, ensuring parts are easily accessible and well-displayed.


• Process customer purchases, ensuring accuracy and providing top-tier service during checkout.


• Stay up to date on product offerings, new parts, and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Parts Counter experience and/or parts sales experience is highly preferred.


• Strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven ability to upsell.


• High-energy personality with a passion for helping customers.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and keep the parts store well-organized.


• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
