Responsibilities

  Process returned parts from customers and issue appropriate credits in the system.

  
  


• 
  

  Accept and process customer credit-card payments over the phone.

  
  


• 
  

  Balance and reconcile prior-day financial transactions, ensuring all invoiced parts are properly accounted for.

  
  


• 
  

  Check in drivers returning from deliveries and verify returned parts and documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Interact directly with retail customers to process returns and answer questions.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.

  Contribute to team success by performing related tasks as needed.

  
  

Requirements
