What You Will Do

• Entering service and part requisition into JDE.


• Work with vendors to always keep parts in stock.


• Perform incoming inspections of all material received.


• Input stock in shelves and keep well organized.


• Keep full records of all outgoing parts and parts being made / machined.


• Will need knowledge to setup excel spreadsheets for tracking parts and expenditures.


• Responsible for tracking monthly spending by department to work within budget.


• Help all staff to find the correct parts needed.

Other duties

• Transport parts using forklift


• Driving Company truck to deliver and pick up finished parts.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Ability to use Calipers, tape measure, computer, read blueprints.


• Assist with maintenance staff with repairs as needed per direction of Supervisor.

What You Bring

• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.


• Forklift experience and the ability to drive the company truck for deliveries and pickups are required.
