Parts Clerk - Continuous Learning Opportunities

State Tractor is seeking a Parks Department Clerk at our Brookline, Missouri location.

Responsibilities

·         Communicate effectively with customers, both in-person and over the phone.

·         Communicate effectively with vendors, both in-person and over the phone.

·         Coordinate requests for parts with other departments internally.

·         Process parts counter sales and/or returns.

·         Process outbound shipments and receive incoming deliveries.

·         Manage inventory to ensure optimum levels are established and maintained.

·         Occasional bookkeeping and/or data-entry as required to perform job functions.

·         Maintain a positive attitude and show willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Qualifications

·         Previous experience working in a Parts Department at heavy equipment dealership.

·         Able to work Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

·         Able to work independently and/or with a team.

·         Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

·         Proficiency with DMS (dealer management systems) software applications.

·         Must pass pre-employment background checks, including drug screen, and meet all physical requirements for the position.
