Position: Parts Consultant (Full-Time)
Compensation: $20+ per hour, based on experience
 

Job Overview:
As a Parts Consultant at Johnson Motors, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers and technicians find the right parts efficiently. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where collaboration and customer care come first.
 

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers, technicians, and wholesale clients with parts lookup and sales
- Identify and source parts using Ford catalogs and inventory systems
- Order, receive, and manage parts inventory
- Handle warranty claims and process returns
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Deliver professional service at the counter, over the phone, and online
 

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an automotive parts role is a plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared success
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills; we’ll train you on our systems
