Parts Consultant / Service Concierge

🚤 NOW HIRING: Parts Consultant / Service Concierge  – Full-Time, Year-Round

Location: Tobler Marina – Hayden, Idaho
Compensation: $20–$25/hour  + Monthly Incentives
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts | Weekends as needed

About the Role:
Tobler Marina is seeking a Customer Service-focused individual to join our Marine Service Department as a Parts Consultant / Service Concierge.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion (or curiosity) for boating, this could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact between customers and the service department


• Assist customers with service scheduling, parts requests, and overall experience


• Use dealership software (Lightspeed experience is a bonus!)


• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, vendors, and customers


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

About You:

• Friendly, self-motivated, and highly organized


• Detail-oriented and dependable


• Experience in Powersports, Luxury Auto, RV, or High-End Customer Service a big plus


• Prior service writing or parts experience preferred


• Team player with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
