Parts Coordinator

This role’s general statement of duties and responsibilities includes:

Ensuring, we have the RIGHT PART, RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT TIME!

Receiving

• Receive deliveries from trucks


• Inspect all incoming parts for damage


• Separate, sort, and place incoming parts where they belong

Inventory

• Stocking incoming parts


• Bolt and mechanical part inventory counting

Shipping

• Prepare parts for shipping & outsourcing.

o              Banding

o              Shrink wrap

• Deliver & pick up parts to/from outsourcing

Job Carts

• Assist with job cart builds


• When the job has been completed, unload carts and restock unused parts to their proper location.

General Housekeeping

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Parts department
