Max Motors Dealerships is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team. As a Parts Counter Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and technicians. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts and accessories to meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers at the parts counter in a friendly and professional manner

- Identify and source parts and accessories for customers using various resources and systems

- Provide accurate and timely price quotes to customers

- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently

- Maintain inventory levels by monitoring and ordering stock as necessary

- Effectively communicate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts

- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the parts department

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Stay up-to-date on the latest products, promotions, and policies of the dealership

- Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a parts or automotive industry is preferred

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software quickly

- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work well with others

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
