Parts Counter

Elevation Chevrolet GMC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter professional to join our team in Boone, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing parts inventory and providing excellent service to customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by accurately identifying and locating parts needed for repairs and maintenance.


• Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure availability and efficient stocking.


• Process orders, invoices, and returns using company software systems.


• Communicate with service technicians and vendors to fulfill parts requirements promptly.


• Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone.


• Support team members in various tasks within the parts department as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an automotive parts counter or related retail environment preferred.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software.


• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


• Must be able to lift and handle automotive parts safely.
