Parts Counter

Bob Brown Buick GMC is seeking a motivated Parts  Counter Associate to join our team in Ankeny, IA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic dealership environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount.  General Motors and CDK experience a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders.


• Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and organizing parts efficiently.


• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records.


• Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely availability of parts.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the parts warehouse.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a parts or automotive parts environment is preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.


• Basic computer proficiency for inventory management and transaction processing.


• Ability to lift and move parts as required.
