What You'll Do:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases

• Accurately identify and locate automotive parts using internal systems

• Maintain inventory records and help manage stock levels

• Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an automotive parts department preferred (CDJR experience is a plus!)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with parts catalogs and inventory systems

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
