Parts Counter Associate

Description of the role:

The Parts Counter Associate at Southern 441 Toyota will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong knowledge of automotive parts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles


• Work with technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for vehicle repairs


• Manage inventory and keep accurate records of parts in stock


• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns


• Stay up to date on new parts and products

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a parts department or automotive industry


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask


• Detail-oriented and organized
