Parts Counter Associate

Responsibilities:

• Air Conditioned Shop


• Take Parts to Technicians throughout the shop


• Compares invoices to the parts that have been pulled to ensure they match with the invoice for delivery


• Assist with inventory re-stock process


• Transportation of materials


• Maintain logs for product returns


• review estimates


• order parts


• receive part orders


• label parts by repair order number


• prepare damage credits


• All other duties as assigned
  
  Qualifications
  

• 
  

  High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and time management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume

  
  


• 
  

  Team oriented

  
  


• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
   


• Valid driver's license
