Parts Counter Associate

Description of the role:

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to join our team in Watertown, WI. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles


• Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records


• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships


• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
