Parts Counter Associate

Renn Kirby Gettysburg is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Associate to support our dealership’s parts department. This position works closely with service technicians, advisors, and customers to ensure accurate parts selection, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist service technicians and advisors by identifying, locating, and distributing automotive parts

  
  


• 
  

  Support retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain proper inventory levels through stocking, labeling, and organization

  
  


• 
  

  Receive and verify incoming parts shipments

  
  


• 
  

  Answer phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
