Compensation 

Annual Pay Range: $50,000–$80,000

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Manage the parts sales process from initial guest inquiry through part identification, ordering, and final invoicing.

  Work with the Parts Manager to locate or source parts not currently in stock.

  
  


• 
  

  Process and track special-order requests for guests and internal service needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate proactively with guests regarding order status and notify them when parts arrive.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide friendly, professional communication with guests, technicians, and team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in the annual parts inventory (mandatory attendance).

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to parts operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service orientation and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

  Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

  Proficient computer skills required.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.

  Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (6+ hours).

  Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform bending, kneeling, squatting, or stooping as needed.
