Auto Parts Counter Associate-Part Time 

Hourly Pay:  $16.00-$18.00 based on experience

Schedule:    Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm /Saturday 8:00-12:00pm

                      Sunday/Monday Days Off

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and energetic individual, with some vehicle mechanical background, to join our team as an Auto Parts Counter Representative. In this role, you will assist customers at the Parts Counter and Retail Store, take in-coming calls, place parts, assist with inventory and interface with Service Advisors/Technicians and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders, take customer calls, and fulfill parts requests


• Provide parts and pricing information to service technicians, service advisors, and customers


• Assist with maintaining inventory control: checking in, stocking, and distributing parts


• Help ensure the appearance and organization of inventory storage areas


• Perform other tasks as directed by the Service and/or Parts Manager

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone


• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Software Platforms, and basic computer navigation


• Experience with or able to learn the use of digital auto parts cataloging /inventory management systems 


• Ability to work Saturday


• Excellent attendance, including arriving on time.


• Physical ability -lifting/bending/moving parts/driving
