Parts Counter Associate- Cumberland Toyota

Cumberland Toyota is looking for a Toyota Parts Counter Associate to support our fast growing service and parts operation. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment, this could be a great fit.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Assist service advisors, technicians, and retail customers with parts inquiries


• Accurately identify and recommend genuine Toyota parts and accessories


• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns


• Maintain organized inventory and accurate bin locations


• Communicate part availability, pricing, and ETA clearly and professionally


• Support wholesale and internal repair orders as needed


• Help maintain a clean, efficient parts department

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Automotive parts experience preferred (Toyota or dealership experience a plus)


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Comfortable using dealership systems (DMS experience is a bonus)


• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and team-first mindset


• Customer service experience (retail or automotive)


• Valid driver’s license
