Parts Counter Attendant - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Counter Attendant.

Are you ready to embark on an opportunity that blends your parts experience with excellent customer service? We're seeking a Parts Counter Attendant at our Milesburg, PA location.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with a drive to win in both a solo and team environment. This candidate would possess Parts skills and some industrial background (preferably in on-highway Trucks or similar). A positive attitude coupled with a genuine desire to assist customers.

Job Duties:

• Answer parts phone calls.
• Assist customers with their parts needs.
• Issue parts to shop mechanics.
• Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts.
• Utilize parts data bases.
• Research back-orders.
• Research customer credit status.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with product line.
• Customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to learn new systems.
