Suntrup Automotive is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Associate. This is a great opportunity to be part of a family-owned dealership group that has been serving the St. Louis community since 1957.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Assist service technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders

  
  


• 
  

  Look up, locate, and issue correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and inventory systems

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and organize the parts counter, bins, and stock levels

  
  


• 
  

  Receive, ship, and process incoming/outgoing parts accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred (manufacturer/ dealership experience a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Computer proficiency (CDK/DealerTrack or similar DMS experience a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
