Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle. 


• Create and modify purchase orders


• Must be able to work manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine the correct parts and pricing.


• Process and close open invoices


• Must maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.


• Must maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Effective communication skills

Automotive Parts experience preferred

Understanding of the shipping process 

Understanding of how to receive parts and read bill of lading

Familiarity with stock and understanding inventory process

Diagnostic skills

Problem solving skills

Technical aptitude, resourcefulness

Salary plus commission

Reports to: Parts Manager
