Parts Counter Person

Description of the role:

Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team in Saginaw, MI. The Parts Counter Person will be responsible for assisting customers in obtaining the correct auto parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts


• Process orders and maintain inventory records


• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and recommending products

Requirements:

• Prior experience in parts sales or automotive industry preferred


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
