As a Parts Counter Representative at Monroe Tractor, you will be involved in all aspects of the parts department, including marketing, selling parts, and working to achieve financial sales targets. You will be responsible for inventory management, order processing, and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse customer base. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to interact effectively with customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and solutions. Your contributions will be key in driving sales, maintaining product availability, and supporting the overall success of the parts department.

Qualifications

• Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred


• Excellent customer service skills


• Professional appearance and work ethic


• Computer skills


• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers.


• Shipping and Receiving parts orders.


• Stocking shelves


• Lift items weighing up to 75lbs.


• Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area


• Other responsibilities based on experience.


• Operate forklift (will train)


• Assist in Parts inventory.


• Maintain and develop product knowledge.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/Hourly
