Parts Counter Representative

The Parts Counter Representative plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including customer service, parts sales, inventory control, and promotional activities—all aimed at meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred


• Excellent customer service skills


• Professional appearance and work ethic


• Computer skills


• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers.


• Shipping and Receiving parts orders.


• Stocking shelves


• Lift items weighing up to 75lbs.


• Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area


• Other responsibilities based on experience.


• Operate forklift (will train)


• Assist in Parts inventory.


• Maintain and develop product knowledge.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/Hourly
