Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some Saturdays may be required.

Job Summary

As a Parts Counter Sales team member, you’ll assist customers and service staff with parts orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate and timely sales transactions. Your attention to detail and product knowledge will help keep repairs moving and customers happy.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts

Provide quotes and process payments

Maintain real-time inventory records

Coordinate with shipping and service teams

Respond to customer questions and complaints

Ensure accurate paperwork and parts documentation

Qualifications

Knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories

Strong customer service and organizational skills

Proficiency in inventory management systems

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Team player with attention to detail
