New Motors, a trusted dealership since 1971, is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-paced dealership serving Subaru, Volkswagen, and BMW customers.

What You’ll Do:

  Assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts and accessories

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately look up parts using electronic catalog systems and VIN decoding

  
  


• 
  

  Process orders, returns, and special requests promptly and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain inventory accuracy 

  
  


• 
  

  Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and parts

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer proficiency (DMS or inventory software experience a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  A positive attitude and desire to grow within the company
