Parts Counter Sales

Modern Chevrolet of Burlington is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join the team of talented parts professionals in our Burlington dealership.  Responsibilities include:

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.


• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.


• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.


• Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.


• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.


• Pull and fill orders from stock.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson


• Experience with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts preferred.


• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands


• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
