We’re seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to support our Nissan dealership. You’ll assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians by identifying, sourcing, and selling the correct parts and accessories. This role includes counter sales, inventory support, and basic warehouse tasks. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter; look up and sell required parts.


• Process transactions and bill repair orders accurately.


• Handle special orders and notify customers when parts arrive.


• Support inventory tasks, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.


• Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.


• Maintain an organized parts counter and stockroom.


• Fulfill e‑commerce orders and respond to online inquiries.


• Prepare outgoing deliveries and coordinate with drivers.


• Log lost sales and assist with general parts‑related questions.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Experience in wholesale dealership parts


• Very reliable and accountable.


• Hard working.


• Eager to learn and take on more responsibility.

• Strong people skills.


• Sense of urgency.


• Keen attention to detail.


• Must have valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.

Preferred, but not required:

• CDK knowledge


• Computer experience, preferred
