Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Parts Counterperson to join our high-volume, high-loyalty parts department. This is a great opportunity for someone with dealership experience to work with one of the best Parts teams in the business.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)


• Schedule: Rotating 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts)


• Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., including an hour lunch break


• Saturdays: Some Saturday shifts required


• Union Position: Local Union #618

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter


• Support technicians by locating and dispatching requested parts


• Communicate clearly with service writers, managers, and technicians


• Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person


• Accurately bill outsold parts and handle returns


• Help manage incoming inventory and support inventory accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Valid driver’s license


• Minimum 2 years of prior automotive dealership parts department experience (Chrysler/FCA experience highly preferred)
