What You’ll Do:

  Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone

  Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and purchases

  Accurately locate, order, and distribute parts from inventory

  Process returns efficiently and correctly

  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department

  Occasionally deliver parts when needed

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

  Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred

  Friendly and professional communication skills

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
