Parts Counterperson

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. This customer-facing role is critical to the success of our parts department, serving both retail and internal service customers with professionalism and technical accuracy. You'll ensure parts are sourced, stocked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale clients in selecting and purchasing the correct automotive parts. 


• Accurately manage inventory levels and stock organization, including storage, binning, and shelf placement. 


• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of internal repair orders. 


• Process orders using dealership management systems and parts catalogs. 


• Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold dealership and manufacturer standards. 


• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. 

Qualifications:

• Prior Ford experience or dealership parts environment (Ford experience preferred)


• Strong general computer knowledge and typing speed


• Strong understanding of automotive parts and components


• Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK preferred)


• Electronic parts catalogs (SnapOnEPC & Ford eCat)


• Microsoft Office proficiency 


• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills


• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment

Schedule:

Tuesday thru Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Saturday (7:00am-3:30pm)
