We're currently seeking a reliable, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our expanding Parts Department. Starting pay is $42,000/yr and will increase depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts inquiries and orders

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately identify and source automotive parts using catalog systems

  
  


• 
  

  Process sales transactions and handle returns

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain stock levels, organize inventory, and track special orders

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
  
  

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Prior experience in an automotive parts role preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using parts lookup software and POS systems

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
