Parts Counterperson

Oak Ridge Nissan is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the parts inventory, assisting customers with parts selection, and supporting the service department to ensure efficient operations. This position offers a competitive salary paid weekly, with compensation ranging from $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.


• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of parts stock.


• Process parts orders and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.


• Support the service department by ensuring timely availability of parts.


• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area.


• Provide excellent customer service and resolve parts-related inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a parts counter or automotive parts role is preferred.


• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
