Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients at the parts counter with precision and professionalism.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize electronic parts catalogs (EPC) to accurately identify, locate, and order OEM parts and accessories for BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

  
  


• 
  

  Process special orders, track back ordered parts, and communicate timely status updates to service advisors and customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming inventory; conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and display areas adhering to brand standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Comply with all company safety protocols and local/federal guidelines.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 
  

  Experience: Minimum 2+ years of automotive parts counter experience required (Luxury brand/European vehicle experience is strongly preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), Dealership Management Systems (DMS) (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track), and general computer navigation.

  
  


• 
  

  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused attitude.

  
  


• 
  

  Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  
  


• 
  

  License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  
  


• 
  

  Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish


• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock


• Complete special order part request for the customer


• Communicate with customer on parts status


• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures


• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)


• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
