What You’ll Do

The Parts Counterperson Lead plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping our parts operation running smoothly. This position combines hands-on counter work with leadership responsibilities—supporting customers, and guiding the Parts Counterperson team through scheduling, training, and daily coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

• Assist customers and technicians in selecting the correct parts and accessories.

• Provide accurate pricing, warranty details, and time estimates

• Process payments and complete paperwork accurately and efficiently

• Handle inquiries timely and build strong, professional  relationships

Parts Operations & Inventory

• Retrieve parts from inventory or place orders for unavailable items

• Manage will-call and back-order processes, including returns and restocking

• Ensure parts documentation is accurate and complete

• Assist with inventory management and ordering processes

Team Leadership

• Lead monthly team meetings to review goals, procedures, and updates

• Train, coach, and support Parts Counterperson staff to drive consistency and teamwork

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of dealership parts experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
