Parts Counterperson / Parts Driver

This position will be a hybrid position incorporating the position of  Parts Driver and Parts Counter person who will be responsible for doing runs to pick up the daily parts orders. The Parts Counter Person at Keystone Chevrolet is responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs and inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills and a good knowledge of automotive parts. In this position, your responsibilities include selling parts and taking inventory of stock in storage and, if necessary, on shelves. This position will be a hybrid position incorporating the position of  parts driver who will be responsible for doing runs to pick up the daily parts orders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service


• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts


• Manage inventory and stock control


• Process parts orders and returns


• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in parts sales or automotive industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and accuracy
