Parts Department – Counterperson

We are currently seeking a Parts Department Counterperson.  Our staff is a fun and hard-working group with individuals who help our values shine through in the daily work they do.  We offer a family-style environment with a collaborative group of helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional people.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Auto Parts experience (Ford experience is a plus)


• Parts Counter/Customer Service experience


• Cashier skills


• Good communication skills


• Problem solving skills and “Can Do” attitude


• Good organization skills


• Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds DMS would be a PLUS


• 
  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  
  
  
  • Customer Interaction both in-person and via phone
  
  
  • Taking and processing orders from walk-in customers, other dealerships and repair shops, etc.
  
  
  • Grabbing parts quickly to meet customer needs
  
  
  
  


• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Details:

• Full-time, 40 Hours per week


• Eligible for overtime, but not much expected or required


• Pay:  Commensurate with Experience
