PARTS DEPARTMENT RUNNER

Description of the role:

The Parts Department Runner at Southern 441 Toyota will be responsible for efficiently and accurately delivering parts and supplies to the appropriate departments within the company. This role plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by ensuring that the right parts are available where and when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in picking up and delivering parts and supplies within the dealership


• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to the designated departments


• Maintain proper documentation of deliveries and receipts


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area


• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular physical counts


• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill parts requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
