Crest Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Ford dealership team. If you’re motivated, customer-focused, and know your way around automotive parts, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Assist service technicians and wholesale customers with parts selection and sales
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Use the Snap On parts catalog (EPC) to identify and source parts accurately
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Provide price quotes, process invoices, and handle returns/warranty claims
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking and organizing parts
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Build lasting relationships with technicians and customers
  
  

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Dealership or automotive parts counter experience (Ford or OEM preferred)
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong automotive knowledge and computer skills (Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus)
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license required
