Job Description - Parts Driver




Smithtown Toyota's sister location, Smithtown Kia, located on Jericho Turnpike in St. James, NY is seeking to hire an Auto Parts Delivery Driver.

 

You must have a clean, valid NYS Driver’s License, a good driving record is required, and familiarity with the area is a plus! No CDL required.

 

Due to insurance regulations, applicants must be over 21. Considered applicants must pass a criminal background check and NYS DMV check. The driver must be available to work a flexible work schedule. 

 

Current Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm. 

 

Responsibilities include:



  • Picking up and delivering parts to customers safely and promptly.

  • Maintaining accurate delivery logs.

  • Loading and unloading the delivery truck.

  • Confirming orders against shipping papers.

  • Maintaining professional relationships with customers.

  • Keeping the delivery vehicle and workspace clean and orderly.
